These Terms apply when you use our website and purchase products from Bougie by Her. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

Orders & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. All items are subject to availability. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AED. We may update pricing at any time. Secure payments are processed via our trusted providers (Shopify / our payment provider / Apple Pay).

Shipping & Delivery
- UAE: Next-day delivery via our logistics partner.
- GCC & International: Coming soon.
You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. If you encounter any delivery issues or delays, please contact us - we'll resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at bougiebyher@gmail.com with your order number, proof of damage, and a photo of the item.
Returns must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Supported with proof of damage
